Using that as a reference, and assuming it is more mechanically difficult than a normal cannon, I would say 3-5k GP depending on damage you give it. 3d6 force + 8d6 fire would be 5k in my mind. Granted, I'm not a DM and unsure how OP or UP it is. while I really have no idea to say for a price, I am going to chime in and remind that wooden.
