Sans wins all of the fights, just killing Omega Flowey numerous times. There are a few times where Omega Flowey does something, but it's in vain. This made me think for a while, could Omega Flowey actually lose against Sans? Like Omega Flowey is pretty powerful with all of the powers of the Six Souls plus the only way he lost was plot armor.

From a lore perspective Omega Flowey is way more powerful, and the only reasons you can win are because Omega Flowey is messing with you instead of just finishing the job, and because the SOULS rebel against him. Omega Flowey may be godly, but it still comes with a price:what you do with the souls. Omega Flowey ORIGINALLY died because of the souls, so Sans could have some trouble calling upon the souls, so Sans would pretty much go for the kill, which again isn't hard. Omega Flowey would have to stay about 100 seconds exposed to Karmic Retribution.
